Kosher Food Banks:
Pride of Israel Synagogue, 59 Lissome Crescent (on east side of Bathurst St. a few blocks south of Steeles Ave). Items consist of non-perishables, canned goods and a kosher chicken for cooking (when available). No prepared foods. Person must show proof they are receiving social assistance.

Shelters:
There are shelters located in downtown Toronto that take men, women and in some cases an entire family.

Out of the Cold:
Tuesdays evenings, Dec.-Mar. Run by Beth Tzedec and Beth Shalom at Beth Shalom, just across from the Eglinton TTC station. Call 416-781-3514, ext. 234 for any additional information you might need.
