Book and Film Club On Line
Beth Tzedec Max and Beatrice Wolfe Library Book and Film Club is committed to reviewing current releases of books written by important contemporary writers as well as worthy films. We strive to provide an excellent, mind-broadening literary experience. Our guest experts are highly qualified professionals, as well as versed in reviewing books and films.
This series of reviews introduces a fascinating scope of five books and one film. It runs on Monday afternoons, starting at 1:30pm. We invite all our members to arrrive early at 1:10 pm for complimentary refreshments including drinks, fresh fruits and pastries.

Please note our liberal attendance policy that takes into consideration your busy lives. We value your interest and membership in the Beth Tzedec Book and Film Club, yet we understand that personal schedules can often change. As we feel that our members should not be penalized for missing a review, we have arranged that any paid- up member who must miss a review may send a friend in his or her place or may bring a friend to the next review session.

Welcome to an interactive world of books and films that broadens your mind in your own time! The Beth Tzedec Book and Film Club On Line is an exiting, new innovative forum that invites participants to express their opinions and comments about a book or film, as well as ask thought provoking questions. The Book and Film Club On Line aims to enhance your reading and viewing experience by providing a welcome venue to enter a dialogue with others who are members in our Book and Film Club as well as interested readers from across the country who may not be able to attend the programs in person.
The Beth Tzedec Book and Film Club On Line is pleased to introduce Toby Saltzman as moderator and editor. Toby is an award-winning writer who has contribtued to The Globe and Mail, National Post and numerous other publications. Toby welcomes your comments and opinions.

Whether or not you are able to attend the book reviewer's lecture in person you are welcome to join the Book and Film Club On Line, participate in the dialogue, read other peoples' points of view, or share your own opinions.
