Pre-Registration for COVID-19 Vaccination

As part of the COVID-19 Vaccine Rollout, several Toronto hospitals are inviting eligible members of priority groups to pre-register for immunization as the vaccine becomes available.

Pre-registration does not mean that you will be able to book an appointment immediately. However, it does mean that you will be contacted by the organization you've registered with when the vaccine becomes available. 

We encourage all eligible members of our community to pre-register for the COVID-19 vaccine. At this time, pre-registration is available at the following locations:

North York General Hospital

Eligible groups are: 

  • Toronto residents 80 years of age or older (born 1941 or earlier)
  • Health care workers in High Priority and Very High Priority risk groups

Sunnybrook Hospital

Eligible groups are:

  • Toronto residents 80 years of age or older (born 1941 or earlier)
  • Indigenous adults
  • Adults who receive home care
  • Health care workers in the community (including home care nurses, PSWs, primary care physicians and specialists, dentist, etc.)
