Join us for a melodic Shaḥarit  service led by Cantor Sidney Ezer and the Beth Tzedec Shir Ḥadash Ensemble, featuring the Nathanial Dett Chorale's artistic director Brainerd Blyden-Taylor speaking about Old Testament stories in African American Spirituals and the shared experience of slavery/persecution in both traditions and music.
