Torah Through a Mindfulness Lens

Oct 23 2025, 7:00PM to 8:15PM in the Hurwich Boardroom and Dr. Small Lounge.
NOTE: This event has already occurred.

Join Aviva Chernick for an opportunity to study the weekly Torah portion through a mindfulness lens— reflecting on the ways the Torah’s wisdom resonates within our own lives.

Together we read in Hebrew and English, supported by classical commentaries and contemporary sources, finding meaning that connects us to ourselves, each other and the Divine. This session includes brief periods of silent meditation and reflection. Join Aviva for this study of Torah through a Mindfulness lens.

There is no charge, but pre-registration is required. To register, click HERE
