20s and 30s

BT 20s & 30s builds community by providing social, educational and social action programming for adults aged 22 to 40. 

We offer monthly Shabbat dinners, Small Groups (link to the 21/22 article) learning opportunities such as Jewish Couplehood and Lishma, meaningful volunteer/ẖesed opportunities and holiday parties.

Torah Through a Mindfulness Lens with Aviva Chernick

Join artist-in-residence Aviva Chernick for this meditation series engaging with the weekly Torah portion as a source of inspiration. Starting at the very beginning with Bereisheet (Genesis), we will approach the Torah portions with a mindfulness lens, discovering what lies within as a teacher of open-heartedness and awakened awareness.
