Summer Nights in the Museum

Explore the history of Hebrew letters and the art of Hebrew calligraphy in Jewish communities around the world. Noam Sienna is a Jewish educator, artist and PhD student in Jewish History and Museum Studies at the University of Minnesota. His work focuses on Jewish communities in the the Islamic world, and his special interests include book history, magic, amulets, henna art and illuminated manuscripts.
