1. 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Workshop: How to bank online by phone or computer
2. 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. Break-out Session: Practicing online banking
3. 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Workshop: Safety and security online and with your device, "identifying the newest scams and deep-fakes that use AI"
4. 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. Break-out Session: Practicing identifying scams, frauds and deep-fakes
5. 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Workshop: How to Optimize Zoom: All the Features, Bells and Whistles—for the intermediate and advanced users
