This unique program invites teens in Grades 9–12 to take the lead in shaping meaningful volunteer opportunities for teens, by teens. Through collaborative workshop and guided planning, participants will brainstorm real needs in their communities, design creative volunteer projects, and bring them to life together.
By creating volunteer experiences that speak to their passions and values, teens will not only gain leadership skills—they’ll deepen their sense of responsibility, strengthen peer connections, and make a real impact.
Whether it’s helping others, protecting the environment, or supporting younger children or seniors, this program turns ideas into action—and empowers teens to be changemakers in their own backyard.
Because when teens build for others, they build something even greater: a stronger, more connected community.
