On December 4th, January 8th, and February 5th, Babies, Blessings and Shabbat Fun invite parents of babies to join interesting workshops related to baby sleeping, parenthood and more.
On December 8th we will talk about what is Normal Infant Sleep, and how do you get more of it without sleep training
Topics include:
* Expectations for sleep in the first year of life
* Sleep Associations and habits
* Sleep Progressions
The class has no cost but pre-registration is required at Shirel Barkan-Slater.
