- 2¼ teaspoons instant yeast (1 packet)
- ¾ cup warm water
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 large egg and 3 egg yolks, plus one for glazing
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
- 3¾ cups bread flour
- Food colouring: Red, Orange, Blue, Green, Yellow and Purple
