What makes you feel alive? We celebrate Tu B'Shevat, the holiday of the trees, in the middle of winter. Where do we find this sense of aliveness within our own bodies, hearts and minds?
Join Rabbi Fryer Bodzin and Artist-in-Residence Aviva Chernick for this evening of cultivating vitality. With singing, silence and mindful eating, we will awaken to our sense of aliveness even in the dead of winter.
