Jordan Banks has a storied career in Canadian technology, from Managing Director, Facebook and Instagram Canada to President of Rogers Sports Media to Executive Chair of Great Canadian Entertainment, the largest entertainment, gaming and hospitality company in Canada. Jordan has been front and centre of the development of the growth of Canadian social media, entertainment and technology.

Named one of Canada’s 50 Most Powerful Business People by Canadian Business magazine as well one of the 25 Most Influential Innovators in Canada by Financial Post magazine, Jordan is a well-respected global leader in business and philanthropy. Jordan was previously named one of Canada’s “Top 40 Under 40” honorees as well as one of Hugo Boss’ Canadian Men of Distinction.  Additionally, Jordan was named one of “Canada’s Leading Men” by the Weizmann Institute for Science for his contribution to the fields of research and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease.

Jordan is an active and dedicated member of the community where he sits on the Board of Directors of Cineplex, the Canadian Children’s Literacy Foundation, the Hospital for Sick Children Foundation, as well as the Black North Initiative.
