1 – 9” springform pan
Mixing bowls

Electric stand mixer (if available)
Tin Foil
Pan at least 2” larger than springform

Crust Ingredients
10 – 12 graham crackers (crumbled)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tbsp butter melted
Cheesecake Filling Ingredients
5 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons all purpose or gluten free flour
3 eggs at room temperature
Homemade Blueberry Sauce Ingredients
3 cups blueberries divided equally into two bowls
1 cup water
3 tbsp cornstarch
5 tbsp water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil or shortening
Sprinkles, chopped nuts etc. for decorating
