Rosh Hashanah Cooking with Anthony Rose

Anthony Rose, Executive Chef and founder of Rose and Sons, will share a special Rosh Hashanah dish for you to cook in your own home. He'll be teaching us to make his signature Chopped Liver - a perfect twist on a classic family favourite!
Beth Tzedec members will receive a special recipe card with instructions in their High Holy Day packages, but everyone is welcome to join this lively demonstration. Register through Eventbrite to receive the Zoom link.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb chicken skins
- Kosher salt
- 1 lb chicken livers, rinsed well and dried
- 1 tbsp duck salt
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tbsp Arak
- 2 oz caramelized onions
- 2 oz grated radish
- 1/4 cup schmaltz or duck fat, melted, plus extra for garnishing
- 2 hardboiled eggs, sliced
- 4 pieces grilled hallah bread, for serving
