The season opens with the renowned Toronto Jewish Folk Choir, Canada's oldest Jewish choral group. Conducted by Alexander Veprinsky, its repertoire, sung in four-part harmony, encompasses a wide range of secular Jewish music and classical works on Jewish themes. It specializes in Yiddish folk songs.Dessert, coffee and tea will be served.
