70 Years in the Making: A Jewish Cooking Demo

Join Beth Tzedec Congregation and Apex Kosher Catering's Executive Chef, Chef Roshan as he demonstrates cooking some all-time classics: Braised Brisket, Sweet Noodle Kugel, Stuffed Cabbage Rolls and Challah Bread Pudding—delicious dishes that are still shared on our Shabbat tables today!

And as Chef Roshan makes each recipe, we'll nosh on some tasty food samples!
