Dr. Ronen Hoffman is an Israeli academic and politician serving as a member of the Knesset with the Yesh Atid Party. An expert in crisis management, conflict resolution and anti-terrorism policy, he founded the International Institute of Counter-Terrorism at the Interdisciplinary Centre Herzliya. Dr. Hoffman completed his doctorate at King's College, London, dealing with Syrian-Israeli Peace Negotiations from 1992-1995, and then worked as a senior lecturer at the Institute, focussing on governance, diplomacy, international relations and political psychology. He also worked as a policy advisor to the Ministry of Defense.
