Avital loves the variety of Jewish life in Toronto but she is devoted to the members of Beth Tzedec and considers the shul her home away from home.

Avital was born and raised in Jerusalem. She has a BA in Social Studies from the Hebrew University and, before joining Beth Tzedec, she worked in the spokesman’s office at The Jewish Agency and the Shalom Hartman Institute. She is married “with one adorable child.”
