20s and 30s Shabbat Dinner

Confronting Homelessness

Oct 06 2023, 7:15PM to 10:00PM in the Sukkah - Lower Parking Lot.
NOTE: This event has already occurred.

Join Beth Tzedec 20s and 30s for a musical Shabbat at the Floor service followed by a Shabbat dinner catered by Apex Kosher.

  • 6:00 p.m. — Shabbat at the Floor monthly service
  • 7:00 p.m. — Shabbat dinner in the Sukkah (In the case of inclement weather, we will gather in the Orenstein Mezzanine Hall)

As the Sukkah reminds us of our vulnerability and creates the space for expressing gratitude for our comforts, we will join together in the Sukkah to build community, celebrate Shabbat and Shemini Atzeret and explore the current housing crisis in our city and learn about actions we can take.

If you have questions, or just want to connect with someone before attending, please contact Yacov Fruchter at 416-781-3514 ext. 279 or email yfruchter@beth-tzedec.org.

Pre-registration is required by Monday, October 2 at 11:00 a.m. To register, click here>>
