We offer always popular monthly Shabbat dinners, Small Groups, learning opportunities with partners such as Lishma and Shoresh, nature and mindfulness retreats led by Aviva Chernick, meaningful volunteer/ẖesed opportunities and holiday parties.

Join us on Shabbat afternoon for an experience of mindfulness as we enter into the new month of Adar.
The afternoon will be filled with meditation practice (with instruction), chanting, Torah study, mindful tefillah (prayer), seudah shlisheet (the third meal) and opportunity to practice and deepen together in community. We will close our time with havdalah and letting Shabbat out together.
Join us in exploring various entryways into joy. No prior experience of any kind is needed or expected. All texts will be in translation and transliteration.Tech free.
In order to maximize the experience of our retreat, we will be spending our program in social silence. However, there will be instructions and teachings as well as facilitated opportunities to connect with other participants.
Please dress in comfortable clothes We will have some meditation cushions. Please feel free to bring your own if you have one. A parve meal will be served.
