We offer always popular monthly Shabbat dinners, Small Groups, learning opportunities with partners such as Lishma and Shoresh, nature and mindfulness retreats led by Aviva Chernick, meaningful volunteer/ẖesed opportunities and holiday parties.

This exhibit explores readings from the Bible and creates universal connections through a series of miniature paintings. Using photographs, medieval manuscripts, floor mosaics and contemporary art, Ms. Crust has woven a visual relationship between ancient messages and the present. In the exhibit opening, Ms. Crust will give an illustrated presentation on her work. Light refreshments will be served.
Laya Crust is an internationally recognized artist. She has created paintings, handmade artist books, ceremonial objects, and calligraphic art. Her work has been presented to British Royalty and major philanthropists. Ms. Crust’s work is in private collections throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. She keeps a busy international schedule of projects, lectures and workshops. Ms. Crust lives in Toronto where she maintains her studio.
