BT 20s & 30s builds community by providing social, educational and social action programming for adults aged 22 to 40.

We offer always popular monthly Shabbat dinners, Small Groups, learning opportunities with partners such as Lishma and Shoresh, nature and mindfulness retreats led by Aviva Chernick, meaningful volunteer/ẖesed opportunities and holiday parties.

Navigating Conversations about Memory Decline and Supporting Our Brain Health

Aging Smart, Part 2

Learn simple tips for keeping your brain healthy and supporting the brain health of your loved ones. We will also discuss how to have helpful conversations with family or friends who may be having trouble with memory. You’ll walk away with easy-to-use tools and ideas to help communicate better and offer more support in everyday situations.

Dr. Keera Fishman 
earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ottawa, completed her residency in neuropsychology at Baycrest and completed her postdoctoral fellowship as the Neuropsychology Lead of the Ontarion Neurodegenerative Disease Research Initiative (ONDRI). She facilitates the "Learning the Ropes for Living with MCI" program at Baycrest.
