BT 20s & 30s builds community by providing social, educational and social action programming for adults aged 22 to 40.

We offer always popular monthly Shabbat dinners, Small Groups, learning opportunities with partners such as Lishma and Shoresh, nature and mindfulness retreats led by Aviva Chernick, meaningful volunteer/ẖesed opportunities and holiday parties.

A Shabbat of Meditation and Spiritual Wisdom

Rabbi Yoel Glick, a teacher of Jewish meditation and spiritual wisdom, speaks from the pulpit on Living the Life of Jewish Meditation, and then after Kiddush, he discusses Awakening the Divine Within Us


Rabbi Yoel Glick has been teaching and guiding seekers on the path of Jewish meditation and spiritual wisdom for over 20 years. He has taught in the U.S., Canada, Israel, Asia and Europe to audiences of all denominations, from Orthodox to Jewish Renewal and Reform, as well as a variety of interfaith settings. Rabbi Glick was born and educated in Toronto and received his rabbinic ordination from Yeshiva University.
