An email scam has been targeting synagogues across North America. These emails appear to come from rabbis or lay leaders and often include a request that recipients purchase gift cards. No one from Beth Tzedec will ask you to purchase gift cards over email. If you are unsure whether an email is genuine, please call the synagogue office to confirm.
